The service was not 10/10, it was 100/10 ❤️ I went to Bali to celebrate my wife’s birthday, my birthday and our wedding anniversary. The staff put so much effort in making our stay very memorable with all their surprises. Besides all that, the food and the room were amazing as well.

Situated only minutes away from the Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park on the Jimbaran Hill, Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Ungasan hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool and a spa and wellness centre. I liked everything about the hotel. Excellent service by Lesteria at the reception.
