The most attentive and kind staff at any hotel I've ever stayed at. My partner and I were getting married during our stay and even though it wasn't at the hotel itself they still congratulated us and provided us a small gift. It's also the best breakfast buffet in the whole country. To my suprise when they asked for tea or coffee at breakfast they even wanted to know the type of coffee. It was a real cappuccino! The rarest in all of Indonesia!

Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel offers accommodation in the heart of emerging commercial hub and primer residential area in South Jakarta, 2.8 km from MRT Blok M and 3 km from MRT Blok A. The staffs in the hotel remember the guests by name that is hardly practised nowadays. The concierge Mr Reidi went the extra mile and he took the initiative to direct the Grab driver to the hotel lobby who initially having issue to find the lobby.
