I was unable to make the breakfast because I had a late night tour to Mt. Bromo. The staff at reception knew this and organised food from the breakfast to be left for me at the reception so that I would have food on my tour when I left that night. I did not ask for this. The staff member took the initiative, and I was very thankful and impressed!

Would like to mention Emyr , Panca & Theresa as real stand outs. The chefs were also incredible, food & service amazing in both the club lounge & at breakfast downstairs.
