An official hotel of Tokyo Disney Resort, Sheraton Tokyo Bay offers indoor and outdoor pools, specialty Disney shops, a kids’ play area and 4 dining options. The hotel was spacious and well-equipped, with great family-friendly facilities like a play area and pool. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location is excellent for visiting Tokyo Disney Resort. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. I recommend choosing the Park View room if you’re staying with a large family—it has four beds, which is very convenient. A big plus is the gift shop with Disney goodies, perfect if you want to buy a Mickey ear headband before entering the park or grab some gifts before you leave. There’s also a pharmacy on-site, which is very handy.

We had been on a long trip around Japan by rail and Tokyo/ Yokohama was to be our final destination and we wanted some pampering and luxury but also easy access to rail station and to Haneda airport for our UK return. The Sheraton ticked all the boxes ! Inside it looks and is palatial but the staff are very relaxed, efficient and pleasant. We got checked in an hour early and enjoyed a lovely trip around the city and Bay Area before enjoying a great nights sleep….what a room ! The next few days were also great and a 12 noon check out is also a big bonus !

A 4-minute walk from Subway Station Shirokanedai, Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo features a spa, indoor swimming pool, and various dining options including 2 restaurants, a bar and a lounge. Room was comfortable and quiet, hotel has a very nice view and a private garden with a pond, staff knew English, was polite and helpful. Very good for Shabbat keepers - the hotel gave us a mechanical key and showed us how to use the stairs, housekeeping disconnected the washlet, and the bell captain showed us the way to the synagogue.
