Clean and comfortable. However what really made this one the of the best places I’ve ever stayed were the friendly staff behind the desk. After travelling 20hrs to a country I had never been too, these ladies made me feel right at home. Next time I’m in Midland I will be staying at the Four Points.

The staff that I interacted with was very friendly, the meal I ate at the hotel's restaurant was incredible, and the room had many great amenities (including access to Netflix on the TV, etc.).

Beautifully decorated for Christmas. The rooms were larger with a ice bathroom. The staff were all very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was excellent and we loved our attendant/waiter Francisco!!

Situado no centro de Dallas, a 400 metros do AT&T Performing Arts Center, o The Sheraton Dallas tem ótima localização e foi amplamente reformado! I had a wonderfulbtome here. Everyone is amazing. And I never had any problem out of the staff i feel as biggest this hotel is you guts can have a better pool.
