The room we were originally in did not have functioning AC. The onsite staff member (Victoria) was quick to move us into a new room to ensure we were comfortable for the remainder of our stay. She was very pleasant and helpful. After our stay, we required a detailed invoice and the owner of the villa was kind a d quick to answer our request. The facility itself was beautiful, comfortable and clean. There was lots to do within the grounds and a decent breakfast every morning. Highly recommend!

We love the property! The house and property are beautiful and clean. It is located right across the street from the city park, which is also beautiful. The B&B is also located less than a block away from many restaurants, bars, Gelateria, etc. The town of Nicolosi is also cute and clean… so, this property fits in perfectly! Ruben was very communicative and a wonderful host during our stay. He even helped us plan our Mount Etna tour/trip, which went so much better than it would have if we had tried to do it on our own. When we come back to Sicily, we plan on staying here again!

Absolutely immaculate, very up to date and modern. Hosts were exceptional in going above and beyond to meet all our needs (e.g. hot, fresh-baked croissants every morning), plenty of snacks, coffee and fruit, etc. We stayed in seven different locations and it was by far our favorite!

The hotel is amazing ! The decoration & the furniture are well chosen to make you feel in a relax environment. The breakfast is delicious, homemade and with a large variety of local food The staff is really helpful and dedicated.

The accommodation was very nice, clean. Wifi worked, parking was possible in front of the house. Breakfast was very tasty, great croissant. The hostess was very nice and even though she didn't speak English, we understood everything :)
