Unfortunately the weather was vey bad, so that we could not appreciate the nature in the surroundings

Breakfast offered a large selection of sliced coldcuts, pastries, fruit, yougurt, fresh squeezed orange juice, and made to order crepes. Excellent cappucinos. Nothing was messing. Dinner was also very good. You can choose a la carte menu or set menu. They offer a very large wine selection. Comfortable bed and nice large towels. Modern bathroom and shower.

Very comfortable apartment. The bathroom is very clean and new looking. Beds are comfortable. Lots of space. Fully equipped kitchen with espresso machine. Nice views to the north.

Basically everything… we are expert traveler around the world and yearly we do family reunions in Italy. Usually we rent big properties at the Dolomites and this was the first time we did in Appennino… This place is magical! Spadeful properly fitted enriched with whatever your fantasy might think for a perfect vacation. Spacious rooms, clean, organized with proper space to store your things… Vast common spaces where you can eat and enjoy time together, indoor, outdoor… and on the multiple levels of the villa so you can still have your privacy while having good time fun party sport and still cozy and quite reading spots… Music, karaoke, drums, speakers, tvs, gym, trampoline, billiard, ping-pong, ice bath, swing …. Everything !!! Even if you get bad weather you have plenty of things to do in the house… Location is basically perfect … near the “rifugio” and the “seggiovia”… Close to the downhills biking center as well as near to the mountain bikes stations… Outdoor the sightseeing is marvelous… The food around is unique… I can write a book of plus!!! Just go and try it yourself! Ps: the owners are fantastic!!! Super proactive and supportive!!! Welcoming, happy to share their beloved dream with You!!!

Our family suite was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the sweet and savory breakfast offerings. Shopping, restaurants and a short hike to an old fort is within walking distance from the hotel. Hiking and activities in and around Monte Cimone are just a short drive away. If you see a lovely older gentleman with a photo book of himself with family and a Ferrari, stop and have a chat with him and you'll discover the connection to the watches and the engine in the lobby!

Everything from staff cordiality to all amenities and structure! For sure a great place for everyone, including kids!

Break fast was amazing. Unfortunately I don’t eat breakfast. I was tempted to ask if I could take a pastry for later. I had two cupachinos and did have a sauna the nigh before so I felt very satisfied. The property was amazing restored work of art. And every thing was up to modem specs with the old well preserved into a work of art.
