Everything was very nice, good place near bus station, nice and helpfull staff, very good dinner, clean rooms, also need to mention, that sauna was more that me and my friends expected. Higly recomend

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good room with kitchen and all appliances you may need. 5 min walk from centre of the town and chair lift. Also there was a free bus to another ski lift.

Great location, quiet and beautiful-literally ski to door option. They offer free lift to the cable car and the ski piste ends at their entrance. Spotlessly clean room, very good restaurant with nice wine selection. The staff and owners friendly and helpful. A pleasant and cozy atmosphere for a beautiful ski holiday.

We have been coming to Santa Caterina to ski for 30 years, and everyone is always friendly and warm. Our host at Chalet Primula however is on another level! Never have we found such a kind and helpful host as Maura. Nothing was too much trouble, and every detail in the property had been lovingly though of. When our snow chains broke, her and her husband came to help. When our diesel froze in the hire car, she found us a local mechanic, and brought coffee and biscuits while we waited. She allowed us to use the games room/lounge to have a dinner with the rest of our group who were staying nearby, and even gave us a Panetone and a bottle of prosecco! She offered us lifts in to town, had a heated ski locker, etc etc etc
