Location was great, staff were very knowledgable and helpful, their recommendations for restaurants were spot on! Hotel was lovely, interiors were exactly like the photos. Our room was a great size for a family of 4, very comfortable and warm. My kids loved the pool area and we enjoyed the sauna. Other guests were kind and courteous. We loved being able to hire ski equipment directly from the hotel, the hotel organised our ski passes which was amazing and the free hotel shuttle was also fab.

The Eden Hotel is special. The common areas are beautiful and the staff is very friendly. They have space for both inside and outside dining as well as an outside pool table and ping pong table. There’s even a small sandbox for the kids. Our room had a balcony with a view of Mont Blanc. The view doesn’t get any better! If we come to Chamonix again, we will definitely stay at the Eden Hotel.

Great stay altogether! Clean, freshly renovated, cozy hotel. Very comfortable and beautifully designed. Food at the restaurant was amazing and delicious. It felt very homey and great vibes from day one. Service from everyone was above and beyond. Staff was attentive, friendly and really welcoming. Actually they made the stay really fun! Fabulous room with a wonderful comfy bed and huge TV , a fridge, microwave and cooking hob in the room was a real bonus, bathroom was great, its a lovely new Hotel with very nice touches , friendly, professional staff, lovely bar and the bar manager Jean Marie was a great guy and made us feel very welcome, we really looked forward to our evening drink with him.
