A lovely, family-owned guesthouse with a truly welcoming atmosphere. I stayed here the day before starting the Berliner Höhenweg, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and cozy, with a balcony offering beautiful mountain views. Quiet location, yet close to everything in Mayrhofen. Perfect for relaxing before or after days on the trails. I would definitely stay here again.

No keys. Keyless entry for the main entrance, room and the ski room, is such a convenience I am surprised more properties are not adopting this technology. The design and size of the rooms was great and we had two large bathrooms, which made getting ready for the ski slopes in the morning with my wife stress free -- having breakfast delivered to our room each morning was also a treat. We also enjoyed the bar area for some after ski local beers. The hotel is also located only short walk to either the chair lift or to the bus to reach the larger side of the mountain.

The stay at Montepart Zillertal was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Apartment was large, modern, and well furnished and outfitted. Plenty of room to spread out and cook meals. Very convenient to 2 main ski lifts and a supermarket to allow for making your own meals. Staff were very helpful with information.
