But when we arrived, they said our room was ready and the gave us a glass of Prosecco as a welcome gift. Our room was quiet through the night, and the bed was comfy. The location of this hotel could not be more central. It was amazing how close we were to everything in the old town.

The location is perfect—right in the city center, yet very quiet and peaceful, which made it ideal for our family. The furniture is modern and new, and the rooms are fully equipped with everything you need. The beds were especially relaxing and comfortable. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

The location, facility and breakfast were exceptional. The shining stars of the hotel was the staff!! All of them were friendly, professional and extremely helpful!! You gave a great team !!

Located right on the Inn River, the traditional Hotel Mondschein is just across the bridge from the Old Town of Innsbruck. Staff greeted us with smiles and it was nice they all new at least some English. The location was perfect, just across the river from the Christmas markets and city Square. Breakfast was lovely each morning. Overall, a splendid experience.
