The gave us complimentary drinks voucher to use at the bar and also an Innsbruck welcome voucher to use on free public transport around town. Walk to historical center was a nice 25 min walk also. Free secure parking under the hotel was very welcomed too.

Big secure lockers to store luggage before and after checkout, great view of mountains at breakfast, welcome drink, complete breakfast hot and cold, owner walked around to ensure everybody was having a good stay. All in all a totally enjoyable stay in Innsbruck at this hotel.

The location is the best in town! And the hotel is picturesque, antique, cosy with the Alpine feel. We could see the tower and mountains outside our window. Breakfast is excellent with very high quality food, in a lovely room.
