We were surprised how beautiful this hotel was! Rooms are unique and stylish with lots of character. Very cozy bed, and nice touches like robes and slippers. Staff was very friendly. Free parking. Food is excellent and we absolutely loved the high level of service and the easygoing and fun staff in the restaurant. Amazing what the chef could do with what we all usually have have in our fridge at home. The taste and texture is a hit with flavours that you cannot create yourself.. Wine pairing is also perfect and the wine cellar is impressive: Schwanen is super relaxed and the interior breathe calmness and harmony. This was our second visit and we will be coming back. Emanuel is an excellent host and he has gathered a great team that takes really good care of you. Thank you very much!

The property was kept clean and was a nice refuge after a long day of hiking. Our room was also comfortable owing to a ventilation system that actively dehumidified the bathroom — a nice touch during the summer months! As far as the service, all the staff at Ursprung were very nice and excited to see us. Our breakfast was excellent and personalized, and the hotel manager made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!
