La ubicación estaba perfecta. Las instalaciones impecables, nos tocó compartir habitación con 2 personas muy tranquilas así que nos sentimos súper cómodos con mi pareja. La caja de seguridad también fue muy útil. Sin dudas volveríamos!

La habitación era pequeña pero tenía lo necesario, una hermosa vista a las montañas y al lago. El desayuno muy rico y completo. La relación precio-calidad imbatible para ser Suiza. La ubicación perfecta, muy cerca de la estación de trenes y la salida del barco.

The lobby was amazing - really liked the decor! and the coffee machine. The staff was friendly. We even got a birthday gift. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and was great. The location is not the fanciest, but it's right next to the train station and to a bus stop which is super comfortable. There are also restaurants and shops around.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Epoka and would like to express our sincere gratitude to the owners for such a perfect experience. From the very first moment, the villa felt incredibly warm, welcoming, and cozy. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and maintained to the highest standard. It truly felt like a home away from home, but even better. The rooms are very beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, which made cooking and spending time together very enjoyable. The living room is especially cozy, perfect for relaxing in the evenings — and we were pleasantly surprised to find board games, which we played together as a family. Those moments made our stay even more special and memorable. The atmosphere of the villa is calm, warm, and full of care for guests. You can really feel how much love and attention has been put into every detail. Everything we needed was there, and more. Thank you so much for your hospitality, kindness, and for creating such a beautiful place. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would 100% recommend Villa Epoka to anyone looking for comfort, warmth, and a special place to stay.
