The staff here went above and beyond to help us. We were riding the Jura Traverse and had bike mechanical problems. I don't remember the name of the front desk woman, but she worked so hard to find us a taxi on a Sunday to accommodate our bikes and us. She was so flexible, pleasant and attentive. This place rocks. (Woman was tall, brown short hair, spoke english). Thank you for helping us get out of our pinch and continue on our journey. In addition, the food was great and the room was as well. Absolutely stay here!!

Fantastic, friendly, and helpful staff. Beautiful area to walk with my dog as well. Dinner at the hotel is excellent…the venison was so good I had it two nights in a row! Will definitely return!
