We loved everything! Evi is a lovely host and answered all our questions :) The Gädeli made us feel right at home and kept us warm during our winter stay. This place provides wonderful amenities including a well equipped kitchen, heated floors (particularly in the bathroom), large windows to take in the views of the mountains and is conveniently located within walking distance to trails, the lake, local grocer and train station. We highly recommend staying at the Gädeli!

The location at the lake is stunning and the complete house is a bijou! Everything is very clean and made with love. The rooms are spacious and the bed is amazingly comfortable. The breakfast is swiss style, very delicious with high quality foods and drinks. The owner is very friendly and always there for a talk or recommendations if needed.

In Sarnen, 2 km from the Sarnensee Lake, the self-catered Apartments Chalet Wirz Travel offers an air-conditioned apartment with free WiFi and free private parking on site. The best accommodation we had on our road trip of Switzerland! Set in a beautiful location, service was excellent with well stocked fridge and pantry. The apartment was spacious and homely.
