Amazing place, on the ski slope just up the hill from town. The views are fantastic (especially at sunset), the rooms are comfortable, the restaurant is good, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Stoos is the perfect place for a family ski vacation, and the Stoos Hüttä is a great home base. Do keep in mind that it is very helpful if everyone in your party can ski, as the easiest way up is to ride the T-bar. However, there is a taxi that can take you and your luggage from the funicular for about 30 CHF.

Caschu Alp Boutique Design Hotel Stoos - adults only features a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Stoos. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, very nice and charming interior and room, great food, I loved the homemade Apfelstrudel with the homemade vanilla sauce.

Surrounded by a forest, Hüttenhotel Husky Lodge is located in Muotathal, just 700 metres from the Hölloch Cave, offering modern Alpine-style bungalows and rooms with free WiFi access. We had the most amazing experience, the hotel / Lodge is very authentic and offeres very unique services as well as breathtaking nature surrounding. We had an incredible expierence with the Huskys itself making their "Husky Dream" program and will surely come back. It was a dream came true for my wife being in the snow and even more as she loves dogs.

Set in Muotathal and only 32 km from Einsiedeln Abbey, Bnbetschart offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. This place was delightful in every way. On arrival, we were greeted warmly by the host and one of her five children. We were shown around our room and to the kitchen, which we were free to use. The room was beautifully set up, with lovely touches including a jug of drinking water on the table, and some individually wrapped cookies, which were vegan (a bonus for us, as usually we can't eat any chocolates or cookies). A little later, the host came to see us again with another of her children, to collect our payment. Again, their interaction with us was extremely warm and friendly. The room had a wonderful wall-length heater, which kept it warm, and a really nice combination of lighting, including a standing lamp with a dimmable bulb, and bedside lights. The bathroom was immaculate. The shower screen was so clean that it looked brand new - it had no streaks or water/soap marks on it, and the towels were folded to perfection. We spent two nights here but could have stayed longer due to how lovely it was. On the morning of our departure, the host came to see us to make sure we said goodbye when we left. She was so friendly and lovely. I cannot fault this place at all; it easily deserves a 10 out of 10.

Offering a garden and quiet street view, B&B Ferienhof am See is located in Willerzell, 44 km from Museum Rietberg and 45 km from Fraumünster. We liked the stay, the host is very kind and caring, breakfast from own sources and homemade products is awesome, we were sad we couldn't stay longer!
