The bed is comfortable and the facilities are adequate. The breakfast included are great too. The hotel is on the main street but the entrance is a bit difficult to find. I walked pass it the first time without noticing it.

We love the location and view of the Matterhorn. We like that there is a free shuttle to and from the rail station, and everything it's easy to get to. We also like the pizza restaurant that's just a block away. Staff friendly and breakfast is great.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. Hotelli oli noin 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä köysiradalta, kohti matterhorn glacier paradise. Henkilökunta oli mukava. Myös pieni koira otettiin hyvin huomioon vesikupin ja viltin kera. Huone oli kuin uusi. En keksi mitään moitittavaa tästä. Hinta vähän korkea. Mutta niin ne kaikki on tässä kylässä.
