We visited Garmisch-Partenkirchen for participating in a trail running event. The apartment was equipped with everything you need from the kitchen to prepare nutrition and washer/drier to dry your wet clothes after the race. Every unit has a terrace with a nice view to Zugspitz. All staff were very welcoming and helful!!!

The Kempinski Hotel Berchtesgaden is a luxurious lifestyle retreat nestled in Berchtesgaden amidst the idyllic Bavarian Alps, offering breathtaking mountain views. Conveniently situated 1.5 km from the Hausberg ski lift in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Hotel Alpengruss features a terrace, and free WiFi. Hiking and cycling trails are easily accessible. It was very charming, clean and the staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, all sorts of tea assortments, everything was very fresh and of high quality.

This centrally located hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Berchtesgaden Train Station. Each room has a balcony offering stunning views of the surrounding Berchtesgaden Alps. Excellent location-Amazing hospitality and food- Special mention to the hospitality provided by the guys at the reception

Set amid the wonderful Alpine landscapes of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, this traditional 4-star hotel offers elegant rooms and excellent spa facilities. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful.

Situated in the Bavarian Alps, this family-run hotel offers elegant accommodation, an inviting spa area and panoramic views of the beautiful surroundings. Berchtesgaden centre lies 1.5 km away. Breakfast is included and it's absolutely delicious! The staff is incredibly friendly and treat you like family. Although we didn't utilize this service, they provide you with bus passes to get around town in - which is a nice perk! They have a handful of different types of saunas which were super relaxing to go around and rotate in. The pool is clean and great to cool off in after the saunas.

The Hotel Föhrenhof is situated in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest in Farchant, just 3 km from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Very friendly owners and almost fairytale rooms

The first stay was in October 2024. As usual, the staff was stellar. Every request and inquiry was acted upon with a cheerful smile and prompt efficiency. They delivered 100% especially when I needed it the most. The hotel is situated across the street from the Bad Reichenhall Bahnhof (train station). No worries since the hotel has excellent soundproofing. The public areas along with the room itself were immaculate. The bathroom had all the expected amenities including hair dryer, soaps and a towel warmer. The A/C runs well and can be adjusted. There is an Aldi supermarket and a store specializing in health products and cosmetics nearby. An Italian pizza restaurant is across the street (order the spinach and salmon pizza), and a Bavarian restaurant is a few blocks away. The Avalon is a family-owned and run business so you get that special attention you can’t get at a chain hotel. I highly recommend this property.

This hotel stands within a grand castle estate overlooking Tegernsee Lake, and offers a wellness area, outdoor and indoor pools and a sauna. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi and free parking. The receptionist / concierge Felix was so helpful and really went above and beyond to make our stay convenient even though we arrived early and left late. Thank you.Felix
