I went to this hotel with my partner for our (mid) 3 year anniversary and we loved every moment of it: -Location was absolutely perfect! A traditional small german town, so there's a lot of great food but if you get tired of the Bavarian flavor, then there is an asian restaurant and an Indian one. -The hotel is a walking distance from everything; a grocery store, a pharmacy, souvenir shops..etc -Staff were AMAZING: I appreciated that even though we had to leave our booking 1 day earlier than planned, the amazing man at the reception gave us a 40 Euro discount! -Super super quiet at night. This is amazing considering if you live in a big city, you know how annoying the street sounds can be! (so amazing sleep, super comfortable and cozy). -There was parking for our rental car indoors which made it so much easier than finding parking by the hotel. -Breakfast was sooo nice! We had it every day when we were there when we usually don't care too much for it! (those german sausages!! YUM!) Overall such a wonderful experience. Would 100% stay again!

The Hotel Föhrenhof Garni está situado en una zona tranquila junto a un bosque de Farchant, a solo 3 km de Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The lady at the reception is super sweet, very very friendly, kind and joyful. And then is the cook of the Gasthof, very friendly man and the schnitzel sandwich he gave us as welcome was perfect because right after that we hit the mountains just before sunset. The breakfast is amazingly good (please don't miss their self-made marmelade, cake and yoghurt), and we also had the opportunity to meet another member of the staff who also was super friendly and kind. The place has a beautiful decoration and the room is spatious, clean, the place is very quiet, and the bed comfortable.

The 4-star superior hotel has been family-run since 1634 and offers an indoor swimming pool, various saunas, steam baths, a children's playground and a cosy lounge. El hotel tiene de todo, muy accesible. Y por dentro es increíble. Destaco especialmente al personal. Por favor señor Wolf felicite a su staff: Ion y Mavra de recepción, de servicio: Uriel, Angeles, Mayra, Joaquin, Lucia, Rocio, Magalí, Milinko, Duidrel, Camila y Emma. Todo el personal hace que tu estadía sea impecable. La cocina es una delicia al paladar en las 3 comidas que sirven en el dia. Gran cava de vinos. Todo estuvo muy bien, volveremos seguramente. Muy cerca del centro y accesible para todas las actividades. Ademas cuentan con servicio de tranfer a la estación.
