The staff were amazing, best checkin ever, shown to room with explanation on how everything worked. Room upgrade magic, the view of mountain was unreal. Coffee machine was brilliant. Excellent wifi and car parking hassle free with internal access. We even got a bunch of roses for our wedding anniversary with other extras.

This centrally located hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Berchtesgaden Train Station. Each room has a balcony offering stunning views of the surrounding Berchtesgaden Alps. Everything was great! The room was spacious and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We love the breakfast as well as the location. The sauna was great too!

Breakfast was great, with an ample supply of choices. The staff were warm and friendly. The rates were reasonable, the room was comfortable and well appointed. I was there over Dec 6th and the staff even put a nice St. Nicholas Day present on my door.

It was beyond our expectations, everything was new, comfortable and clean, the dinner and breakfast were just perfect, the design and the family like place felt just magical and amazing, we enjoyed it very much and I wish we had more nights to spend there, definitely recommend the place
