It was Sunday evening and still the great stuff came straight away to help us out and basically saved our night. We are so grateful for this. Also, next day they let us staying 2 extra hours before check out after our incident, so we could have a proper recovery. The team is so well organized that everything just works out really smooth and flows easy with your holidays. In addition, they are 24/7 in communication with the guests in case of any need. We will be back for sure.
