She is truly a kind-hearted and thoughtful host, always making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Her hospitality was simply outstanding. The villa itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well-equipped. Every detail has been carefully thought through—from the fully stocked kitchen to the little touches like extra towels, coffee, spices, and even board games. It really felt like everything we could possibly need was already there, and more. We especially enjoyed the outdoor barbecue area, which was perfect for relaxing evenings with family and friends. The washing machine and dryer made life easy during our stay, and even the dartboard added a fun twist to our time at the villa—we spent many cheerful evenings competing and laughing together. The house is ideal for families or groups, with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and a peaceful atmosphere. The surrounding area is quiet and scenic, which made our stay all the more relaxing. Marija went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and her kind spirit truly made this trip special. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories. The hosts were very sweet. We were late to check in. We reached around 11pm and the host was waiting for us. She welcomed us with a smile even when it was late. The host was very helpful despite she didn't speak the language. I really liked the house and location is perfect. It is just amidst nature. I would recommend to stay at this location if you're visiting for plitvise lake.

Big and comfortable room, very close to the park, also nice balcony and beautiful surroundings. So it was very relaxing and we got a nice stay there. Host is very friendly and provides a lot of great recommendations regarding visiting Plitvica lakes and great spots close to the park, this location is perfect to visit the park.

Vibor even recommended a hidden gem - Špoljarić Water Mill for a refreshing swim after an amazing day hiking the area. The location was clean, well maintained and modern with all of the amenities you would expect from a luxury rental.
