Situated in Pettenasco, Laqua by the lake offers beachfront accommodation 27 km from Borromean Islands and provides various facilities, such as a garden and a bar. The design is very minimalist and nice. Breakfast and lunch is very good. Michelin restaurant good but a bit overrated. There were some misunderstanding with the reservation via booking but the staff find excellent solutions for all issues being super nice. I strongly recommend this place.

Featuring a garden and views of quiet street, B&B Antica Corte is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Omegna, 19 km from Borromean Islands. Breakfast was typical for Italy. It was good. I think most people will find something for themselves. I emphasize, it was not a typical Western European breakfast.Location was ok. Nice walk to the center many will enjoy.

Beautiful, almost brand new property. I felt like I may have been the first person to even stay in that room. Very comfortable and well-appointed.

Set within 30 km of Borromean Islands and 15 km of San Giulio Island in Pella, La Corte di Alzo offers accommodation with seating area. Alessandra runs a wonderful B&B. She is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The bedroom was large with plenty of hanging and shelf space and was beautifully furnished. The bed was big and very comfy. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety and Alessandra made a huge effort to cater for my allergy requirements. The house is in a very good location for exploring Lake Orta and around and is in a very peaceful village. Finally, it is excellent value

Encircled by expansive lush gardens and immersed in nature, this brand new 4-star hotel lies in the small historical village of Armeno and fuses tradition with a host of modern amenities. The hotel is very nice, the staff (especially the bartender) are very nice and polite, and helped us a lot with whatever we needed. The room was stylish and the bed comfortable, and the experience was very positive.

Set in Pella in the Piedmont region, Casa Lucia features a garden. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the holiday home free of charge. Pella is lovely. Two fabulous restaurants (a tasting menu for 30 EURO) and a lovely cafe that did great crepe. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the place. Looking over at the island and the town opposite. Ferries are easy to use. Truly relaxing and a hidden secret. Hosts were lovely too. Limited English (apart from their son) but made us very welcome.

Situated in Omegna in the Piedmont region, CASA DEL LAGO features a garden. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. What an amazing view! We booked for several nights to enjoy the mountains and to work from abroad. This was the perfect spot to do it. Great view of the lake and town, very easy walk to town for cafes, restaurants and the supermarket. Comfy pillows, fast internet as well as good 5G phone coverage, plenty of cooking equipment, wonderful balcony to enjoy the view, a view from every room, including the bath. I could mention the view again but you probably get the idea! I’d also like to say thank you to Cinzia and Marco for their lovely welcome, they have some good tips for food around the town too.
