It was good. I think most people will find something for themselves. I emphasize, it was not a typical Western European breakfast.Location was ok. Nice walk to the center many will enjoy.

Set in Pella in the Piedmont region, Casa Lucia features a garden. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the holiday home free of charge. Pella is lovely. Two fabulous restaurants (a tasting menu for 30 EURO) and a lovely cafe that did great crepe. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the place. Looking over at the island and the town opposite. Ferries are easy to use. Truly relaxing and a hidden secret. Hosts were lovely too. Limited English (apart from their son) but made us very welcome.

So often the photos one sees of various accommodation options are disappointingly different from what the accommodation is like in real life. However Casa Del Lago did not disappoint in any way....if anything the photos undersell how amazing the apartment is!! As we walked around on our arrival, all we could say was "WOW!"" as we marvelled at the floor to celiling views of the lake from each and every room (including the loo with a view!!) The apartment was comfortable and well stocked with everything one might need on a short, or even longer, stay. The helpfulness and friendliness of the hosts Cinzia and Marco was the "cherry on the top"! Not only did they take the time to show us the apartment and explain all we needed to know for our stay, but they even phoned and made several restaurant reservations on our behalf, simplifying the process of making a dinner booking significantly for us. Their recommendations of Al Parco and Il Refugio were spot on - truly delicious food at very reasonable prices!! We would highly recommend staying here 😊
