Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. Everything was just perfect. We stayed one night with breakfast, in the apartment with private onsen. Would definitely come back and stay longer. The apartment is in very convenient location- close to all the attractions. The staff and the owner are very friendly, kind and helpful. Owner spoke very good English and gave us many tips on what to do and where to go. Made us feel very welcoming. Breakfast traditional Japanese. Food was very delicious.

Location, staff, kitchen/common area and the private onsen. Parking lot was plenty. The hostess let us check-in early even though we arrived relatively early. The rooms were traditional style with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The property is modern, contemporary and clean. With a wonderfully calm atmosphere and great views of the near by hills and river. Each room has its own onsen on the balcony. The staff are friendly and so helpful. They even called ahead for us to see if some things we wanted to do were open. We can’t wait to come back!

Stunning location, amazing food, wonderful hosts! We had two night here for our honeymoon and we loved everything about it. The staff were so kind, helpful, and patient. We had a massage and a facial organised by the hotel and they were both great. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Located along Houshi River, Houshi Onsen Chojukan features a public hot spring bath, Japanese-style accommodations with free Wi-Fi and Japanese cuisine. I loved the building and the peacfull nature of this place. The baths were truly special, especially the open-aired one.
