Beautiful location, a perfect little winter getaway. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The outdoor private onsen was lovely. We were able to use it 2 times during our short stay without waiting at all. Staff were friendly and helpful, and some even spoke English. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious, and it was so nice to have those planned with the booking.

I have to do a big shout out for the staff at the hotel, they were super super awesome and nothing seems difficult.
