Beautiful location, a perfect little winter getaway. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The outdoor private onsen was lovely. We were able to use it 2 times during our short stay without waiting at all. Staff were friendly and helpful, and some even spoke English. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious, and it was so nice to have those planned with the booking.

Our server for dinner made it a point to greet our children at every chance she had, our family felt very welcome at the establishment.
