The host made our check in easy, the house was lovely, everything you would need, clean and quiet. Offstreet parking was a bonus, and his recommendation for a meal was perfect 10/10

Featuring 4-star accommodation, Kyukamura Myoko is located in Myoko, 38 km from Zenkoji Temple and 40 km from Nagano Station. LOVED THIS STAY! felt so traditional. We are from the US and loved the cultural experience. The onsen was amazing, and so was the meals! Loved breakfast and dinner. Above and beyond!! Tatami mat bedroom also loved.

Offering a garden and river view, Noka Minshuku Sanzen is situated in Tokamachi, 24 km from Gala Yuzawa Snow Resort and 47 km from Naeba Ski Resort. Absolutely incredible! We stayed for one night and had a lovely host family who welcomed us with homemade tea and drove us to the local onsen and sushi shop. The guesthouse was very cute and cozy and had a little balcony for us to sit and watch the snow fall! Highly recommend!

Ideally set in the Ikenotaira Onsen district of Myoko, Yado Brodiaea is situated 31 km from Zenkoji Temple, 33 km from Nagano Station and 43 km from Suzaka City Zoo. The hosts were the most hospitable we've ever met, looking after us and checking in as if we were family. Highly reccomend for a real Japanese mountain experience.

Situated in Myoko, 31 km from Zenkoji Temple and 33 km from Nagano Station, Pension Moomin Papa features accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a garden and a shared lounge. Moom and papa. are so friendly and helpful. the onsen bath is especially soothing after a day riding the snow.

Offering ski-to-door access and ski storage space, Belle Vue Nishiura is located in Minami Uonuma in the Niigata Region, a 3-minute walk from Ishiuchi-Maruyama Ski Resort. Satoshi-san is extremely helpful and accommodating in ensuring my family of four has an enjoyable time. He helped with our luggage and provided transportation to and from Echigo Yuzawa Station during check in/out and also to nearby ski resorts because Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort did not have sufficient snow. Many thanks to him and his staff!!

Yuzawa Grand Hotel is within a 2-minute walk from Echigo Yuzawa Train Station and the Sake Museum. It offers 3 public baths, a massage service and free parking on site. The Private Onsen was amazing - You can change in there - saves you some time (did not know that at first). The Robes there is a shelf to the right of reception as you walk in. They give you a map of the place on your greeting paper. (Did not notice until we left) - helps when you see the layout. The Free boots at the door are great just better to rent at the resorts - these did not do the same for stopping the snow) There is a free shuttle service for the resorts. - The Restaurant host was awesome as were the rest of the teams, but this guy took the cake with greeting and trying to communicate in Samoan.

Featuring 10 uniquely designed hot spring baths, Shosenkaku Kagetsu provides Japanese-style accommodation just a 5-minute walk from JR Echigo Yuzawa Train Station. - spacious room for two people. - the pillow is very comfortable and I slept very well with it!! - staffs are all very nice and willing to help, even with limited English:-) - the location is also perfect! Only 4-5 min walk from the west exit of the Echigo-Yuzawa station. There are lots of shops and restaurants in the same street.
