Obiekt Guest House Honami-Kaido położony jest w miejscowości Yamanouchi i zapewnia bezpłatne Wi-Fi, klimatyzację, ogród oraz wspólny salon. The place is a country side atmosphere, with wood interiors and comfortable furniture Breakfast was delicious and the owner was amazingly kind and polite . I forgot my pillow on the check out day and the owner kindly arranged to send it back to my house without charges .

Offering a barbecue and ski storage space, AIBIYA is located in Yamanouchi in the Nagano Region, 4.1 km from Jigokudani Monkey Park. The staff was very nice and we had very interesting conversations. They give very good advice on the area and the Onsen. The place is spotless clean, beautiful and very quiet and comfortable. For a fee, you have access to Onsen in neighboring hotels. The town of Yudanaka is also very nice. The hotel is very close to the train station. From there, you can take a bus to the Snow Monkey Park. Convenience store, bars and restaurants are all walking distance too. If you need to do laundry, be aware that you have to start it before 8pm (might be good to know if you're traveling around and didn't have time to do it before).

Boasting open-air hot spring baths, a heated indoor pool and beautiful Japanese gardens, Senjukaku offers traditional Japanese-style accommodation that has a historic charm. Senjukaku ma urok hotelu z lat 80ych. Wystrój wnętrz jest staromodny jednak to nie wpływa na komfort a dodaje klimatu. Hotel oferuje darmowy transport do/z Yudanaka Station, dodatkowo odebrali nas z pociągu kiedy wróciliśmy z Obuse. Senjukaku oferuje: zniżkę na bilet do parku z makakami, darmowy onsen publiczny (wewnętrzny i zewnętrzny, niewielkie tatuaże nie stanowią problemu) i 2 odpłatne onseny prywatne, tu w każdym jest też jeden zewnętrzny i jeden wewnętrzny- wspaniała rzecz korzystać z takiego onsenu w listopadowy wieczór. W hotelu jest też duży basen i sklepik. Kolacja kaiseki była doskonała: m.in. wspaniałe ryby (sashimi, ryba z grilla), wołowina premium, owoce morza, warzywa, tofu, pikle. Śniadanie japońskie również doskonałe składające się z wielu dań. Obsługa w recepcji, kelnerzy wszyscy bardzo życzliwi, bardzo! Obok lobby jest strefa gdzie można napić się darmowej dobrej kawy z ekspresu usiąść na kanapie i patrzeć na piekny ogród przez wielkie okna.

Piękne miejsce w mniej uczęszczanej przez turystów części Japonii. Pobyt w tradycyjnym ryokanie z cudownym gorącym źródłem pozwala poznać lokalną kulturę. Przestronne pokoje, wysokiej jakości kosmetyki kąpielowe, możliwość skorzystania z prywatnego onsenu i sauny. Kolacja serwowana z zachowaniem ceremoniału.

This was one of my favourite places where I’ve ever stayed! Shibu onsen is such a nice town & this ryokan is beautiful! The two onsen baths are really nice as well and you can reserve them. The owners were amazingly kind and the breakfast was great. It’s good to know this ryokan is not apart of the onsen route. I got a key for two other baths outside of the ryokan from the owner and got a foot bath in the main street, so I still managed to have a nice stroll in my yukata so it’s was absolutely fine to me!

Be prepared to eat things that you wouldn't usually eat and have a real authentic Japanese experience. I looked forward to breakfast every day, the food was beautiful and presented beautifully. The owners are super helpful and the location to the ski lifts is superb. We hadn't done an Onsen yet until we stayed at Shiga Kogen, so it was baptism by fire as the shared bathrooms is the Onsen, but don't be put off, it's an amazing experience and the Onsen is great after a day on the slopes.

A 5-minute walk from Yudanaka Train Station, Tawaraya offers Japanese-style accommodations with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Friendly staff, clean and affordable accommodations. Well run onsen schedule. Quiet and a great location.

Obiekt Minshuku Miyama, usytuowany w miejscowości Yamanouchi, oferuje ogród oraz bezpłatny prywatny parking. Odległość ważnych miejsc od obiektu: Park małp Jigokudani – 3,6 km. Bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele. Onsen był super! Jedzenie smaczne i ładnie podawane. Świetne miejsce! ❤️

At Daymaruya Ryokan, guests can enjoy hot-spring baths and traditional Japanese-style accommodations with free wired internet access. We LOVED our stay. The owners and friendly, kind, helpful and welcoming. Our room was large with a private wash closet. (Shower room is common). They picked us up and dropped us to the train, took us up to the snow monkeys and offered suggestions and advice about locations in town. They are always kind and we were happy to run into them in the hallways and say hello. They have male and woman baths and a private osen also available. You can place your order a traditional breakfast in advance of the morning if you want one. They have a map of the local area with recommendations for food. We really enjoyed our stay.

Shibu Hotel, featuring traditional course meals using Shinshu beef, private hot springs, and shared open-air and indoor baths, is an 8-minute ride from Yudanaka Station via free shuttle bus. The perfect location, a wonderful room, fantastic meals and gracious hosts. This hotel is also very close to the snow monkeys!
