First, about the owners: my rental broke down just as I reached the property. They helped me by calling the rental company, then the insurance company, then the tow truck company. I don't speak a word of Japanese and I couldn't get this done without them. That lead me to trying to find a way back. They spent 7 to 8 hours helping me find my route! It's a complicated route that I had (going to kyoto) and they walked me through all of it. They are savvy, know bus routes, and will lend you a hand if need be. Now the property: amazing!! Next to the lake, plenty of parking, clean throughout, cloae to moint fuji. Heated floors were amazing (especially in winte)r. Common areas are functional, and they provide everything you need to make it feel like home. They showed us how to prepare our market bought meals (market is just around the corner). The house is absolutely beautiful. Chances are, you will meet like minded, mature travellers like we did. This was not a frat house. Guests were mature, from all around the world, and I had a great time conversating with the few small groups I came across. The hosts stayed up with us, we all had drinks in the common area, and had good conversation. 10 out of 10, I would recommend it again. I don't usually write lengthy reviews but this review is easily, we'll deserved.

Offering a Mount Fuji view from the garden, Lake Villa Kawaguchiko is a self-catering accommodation located in Fujikawaguchiko. Free WiFi access is available. Great hosts, very welcoming. The location is very close to the lake where you can see mt Fuji. We were also able to rent bikes from the villa and there were food trucks coming for breakfast and dinner.

Objekat Country Inn Orchard House, koji se nalazi u gradu Hokuto, na 14 min. A great night with awesome food. My stomach did not feel very well for two days before caming there, but the dinner tasted great and I felt much better next day. Rooms are clean, with great bath and especially, giving you a vibe of a real western style house in countryside! The host couple were so kind and guided me to have roasted marshmellow, this was my first time doing this! On the second day, they also helped me about my one-day trip plan in Kiyosato.

Featuring free WiFi, Fuji seinic house offers a quiet accommodation in Fujikawaguchiko. Kawaguchiko Station is a minute's stroll away, and offers access to both buses and trains. Very good property and superb location.

A beautiful family home, with comfortable, practical and quiet rooms. The onsen is gorgeous, and we were able to book a private session. The breakfast (for extra cost) was excellent value - it’s huge! The views are amazing - we could see Mount Fuji from our window.

Objekat ペンションローザンヌ je smešten u gradu Fudžikavagučiko, na 8,8 km od znamenitosti Jezero Kawaguchi, a u ponudi ima klimatizovane smeštajne jedinice i vrt. The owner was so nice! The food was excellent! We had the best time. We arrived completely drenched from rain and the owner offered to dry our things and was taking care of our shoes and everything the whole time and he speaks great English. The surroundings is so peaceful.

Host was very responsive to messages. I was a little worried at first about the amount of space available based off the photos but it was perfectly fine and comfortable for 2 people. I also really love the "storage container" aesthetic - thought it was very cool. The space inside was also clean. I would definitely book again if I come back to this area in Japan.

The breakfast although I selected the Western style option it was more a Japanese breakfast than western and therefore my kids didn't enjoy much. It was delicious, but not much western style.
