Sauna, nice comfy beds, so close to slopes. Quick tip: if you think sauna does not heat up, you probably turned it on wrong. If you set a timer for 4h or so , that means the sauna will be hot in 4h. Just for info as people here wrote that sauna did not work many times for them. Zero problems and we used it a lot

Located right at the edge, 1002 meters above sea level, is Skarsnuten Hotel. The hotel has a panoramic view of Hemsedal and with Hemsedal ski center as the nearest neighbor. This was such a beautiful place.

The property is close to Fyri and the button lift, it is nicely laid out and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, knives are sharp, lots of plates and cutlery. There is also a washing machine and airer, so we were able to wash ski clothing. There is a boot heater and lots of hanging space for clothes. The alcove bed is much bigger than it looks in the pic, it is a very large double.

The apartment is fantastic (beautiful, practical, well equipped) located on ground floor which eases getting in and out and has a little terrace to enjoy the sun. It is closely located to the main resort building with restaurant/ cafe and plenty of activity (paddel, ping pong, pool tables & games). There is also a swimming pool/sauna and free 24 hr gym. Shops/supermarkets relatively close and well located for hiking in area (summer). Host is very responsive / friendly.
