Situated in Muntele Băişorii in the Cluj region, Family Nest Băișoara confort de top la 5 km de pârtia de schi, cu Wi-Fi rapid features a patio. This place truly feels like home—the kind of property you wish you owned the moment you walk in. The backyard is fantastic, complete with a ciubăr and plenty of games, from archery to tennis, plus a bike for exploring the area. Inside, everything was spotless, with a huge, comfortable bed, blackout blinds for a good night’s sleep, and an amazing view. We were lucky enough to watch a full moon from the terrace, which was unforgettable. We visited in August, so we didn’t use the fireplace, but I can imagine it’s wonderfully cozy in winter. The surroundings were peaceful, with only the sound of crickets at night. There’s parking for two cars and a fantastic host who kept us well informed before and during our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. We were just the two of us, but the house would comfortably fit two couples with children. The terrace is stunning, and the kitchen is fully equipped—perfect for a relaxing, carefree stay.

I've spent a few days at Cabin Ruku with my elderly mother and it has been a wonderful experience overall - for both of us. The host has been polite, very responsive, and helpful. A nice touch - they contacted me couple of days prior to the check-in not only to share details on the location/cabin and facilities, but also to ask if there is anything else they can help with. Throughout the journey – they continued to be responsive, nice and helpful beyond what is usually expected. The cabin is a little jewelry - small, but perfect for a family (or even two couples), extremely clean and it feels like everything has been thought and planned carefully to enable the maximum of comfort (including the spices, the extra coffee, sugar, flour and oil in the kitchen and the first aid box (I did cut my finger one of the days, and so happy to discover the first aid box!) We have greatly enjoyed the wood-heated hot tub (ciubar), the hammocks in the garden and all the other facilities. Location is perfect – if you enjoy the beauty of the woods and need some quiet time, but it is secluded, so come prepared with supplies!

Casuta Schiorului, a property with a garden, barbecue facilities and a shared lounge, is set in Mărişel, 48 km from Scarisoara Cave, 49 km from Cluj Arena, as well as 41 km from Floresti AquaPark. The house was in a beautiful place, there was a nice wiev to the valley. The apartment was really nice, clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipment, the beds were comfortable. We could spend time in the garden as well, we could played badminton and there was also a fireplace (with firewood). The children loved the animals in the neighbourhood. The owner was really kind, she recommended places to see and she looked for us a neighbour where we could buy homemade dairy products and jam. She asked several times how we were feeling, whether she could help with anything, but she was not intrusive. It was an amazing place, we would like to go back.
