Situado perto de florestas nas colinas do Uludağ, o Kaya Uludag está localizado a 22 km de Bursa. As pistas de esqui estão localizadas a 10 m da propriedade. The staff was very welcoming since checking in until checkout. Mr Serkan the guest relations manager was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The location was very good although there was little snow around the hotel we had to go to zone 1 Karkay to enjoy the snow activities but we enjoyed the facilities in the hotel. Unfortunately the day we checked out that’s when it snowed!

We had a beautifully designed hotel room in an Ottoman-style house with an epic view on the entire city. It is located close to the silk market (recommend to visit). The hotel has a beautiful, scenic backyard to relax, eat in the restaurant and enjoy the amazing (!) breakfast they offer in the morning. Very friendly staff and very clean room and bathroom.

O hotel é ótimo, tem estacionamento próprio com manobrista, maleteiro, sucos refrescantes e biscoitinhos de boas vindas, frutas no quarto e ainda recebemos um upgrade para uma suíte enorme, com muitas facilidades. A terma é bem interessante, aberta até bem tarde e sem custos adicionais. Cafe da manhã muito variado e gostoso. Adorei a estadia.

The rooms were very clean and well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The road in front of the hotel was for pedestrians and there was no noise in our room. It was very nice to be walking distance to touristic and important areas in the city. The parking lot is a minute walk from the hotel, and we were pleased that there was parking opportunity in such a busy area. I came from Germany to visit my family for a short time, we wanted to make a short trip to Bursa and everything about the accommodation satisfied us. We had a peaceful time there. Thank you for everything, we will definitely stay at B Loft Hotel on our next visits.
