The hotel location is perfect. The rooms and facilities are clean. The service is very good. However, what made the stay exceptional is the friendly and welcoming staff. The hospitality of the spa, sauna and gym staff is on the top notch. Located just 11 minutes from the last stop of teleferik. We enjoy the snow rain on the last day of our visit. The room is spacious and clean.

We had a really pleasant stay at Bursa Suites Apart Hotel. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and the main attractions. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. A special thanks to both Abdullah, who was amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to assist us and made us feel truly welcome. The rest of the team was also friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was an excellent experience — great service, comfortable rooms, and a warm, homely atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bursa!

Situated near forests on the slopes of the Uludağ, Kaya Uludag is located 22 km from Bursa. Ski slopes are located 10 metres from the property. Hotel personal is incredibly polite and helpful! Especially Mr. Sarkan and Mr. Hakan who are responsible for guest relations are fantastic! I have never seen such wonderful people!
