I liked everything about this hotel , starting from the smiling faces of the staff and the comfort of the place. Everyone and everything was above my expectations. The front dest officer Mr NIHAT and The valet Mr Ali (my name sake) were so helpful and friendly. I have decided to come again to this enchanting city of Bursa and stay at Holiday Inn again...

From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. Mr Alper made the whole process smooth, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. The customer service was top-notch, and I'll be returning! Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials. Special thanks to Mr Alper and Mr Ahmet and his fellow staffs(sorry couldn’t remember their names)

Situated in Kartepe, within 1.8 km of Masukiye Sifali Suyu and 21 km of Bus Station, SNOW HİLL HOUSE Pansiyon features accommodation with ski-to-door access and free WiFi as well as free private... We were greeted very warmly at reception and although the manager had limited English, we communicated through Google translate and smiles. He was very helpful and communicated promptly through WhatsApp. Our apartment had a lovely view and was very clean and spacious. Can highly recommend.

This was our best hotel in Turkey! We are thankful to the entire team of Royal Thermal for making our stay amazing. We got an upgrade to a suite with a personal handwritten card congratulating us on our 6th anniversary along with a basket of fruits and cookies. It really made our anniversary month very special, and we loved every second of our stay. We want to say thank you to all the following Eren, Atuhun, Batuhan, Halim & a big thank you to Semin not just for the upgarde but also for all the tips on where to visit and where to eat :)
