When we arrived, there was some urgent construction underway to improve the units. While this caused a bit of disruption to our stay, we decided to check out a day early and informed the team. To our surprise, they took the initiative to contact Booking.com on our behalf and arranged a refund for the final night. On top of that, they offered us an additional $50 as a gesture of goodwill. They weren’t obligated to do any of this, and it truly reflects their commitment to excellent service. What could have been a disappointing experience was completely turned around by their responsiveness and care. The hosts were quick to respond to any queries, the location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable. At the end of the day, it all comes down to service—and in this regard, they truly excelled.

Apples Bed and Breakfast Inn ligt in Big Bear Lake in de regio Californië en biedt accommodatie met gratis privéparkeren. The property is amazing - looks lite it came out of a fairy tale. The people are very polite and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely the best we ever had in any hotel, in the US or abroad. Looking forward to coming here again!

I loved everything about the apartment and the little touches that our hosts made the effort to provide. I appreciate the instructions that got us safely to the address, the breakfast that was waiting in the fridge, the movie channels (!) and just how clean everything was!
