BulgariaIt was an exceptional place! The apartament we were was very spacious had every appliance we needed, the location is right next to the city centre 2km away from the Hisarlaka park. The pool was very warm and fantastic place to chill and relax and I highly recommend the salt room. The staff were very friendly and easy going. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Kustendil.

United StatesThe host and all the employees were wonderful! Everyone went above and beyond and made my stay very special! The apartment is beautifully done, very clean, great location, very safe. The coffee machine was a lovely surprise and there were even coffee beans in it!

The wellness was good but there were a few things that should have been handled in a different way. The dinner and the breakfast were good although they were not on par with a 5* establishment. The staff was very polite and nice.

Great SPA facilities, a bit small for the size of the hotel. Breakfast was absolutely great, buffet dinner had great salad bar. Warm building and rooms. Comfy beds, all very clean. Very pleasant activities - drawing while having a glass of wine. Classical massage I enjoyed very much.

We really liked the hotel, the wellness center is super. We booked a massage which was very relaxing and professionally done. There are plenty of SPA rooms to choose from.

The breakfast and dinner were good. The sauna and the jacuzzi were awesome. It is a nice place to have a relaxing weekend. The location is perfect. The swimming pool is big. The receptionist was very helpful.

The location is quiet. It is good for relaxation. The breakfast and the dinner were great. My room was big enough, clean and comfortable. I will definitely come again. The Sauna and Jacuzzi were awesome.

Lovely place, the staff was kind and the facilities were what we expected.
The massage and spa we amaizin too.
The restaurant had a lot options for dinner and breakfast.
Finally the location is perfect, in the center where you can walk to see all the atractions.
