We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Plamen and the entire team for their exceptional support during our stay. When our car broke down, we faced challenges as we are not from Bulgaria. However, Plamen and the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us, helping us find a way to transport our car to a repair garage. Their leadership, willingness to help, and dedication truly stood out. Beyond the outstanding service, the hotel itself is wonderful. The rooms are clean and modern, the food at both restaurants was excellent, and the SPA was simply amazing. We highly recommend this hotel and appreciate the warm hospitality we received.

The hosts live across the street. They were available at all time to grant our wishes and operate the jacuzzi. The house was cleaned every day. The house is beautiful, well equipped and has every equipment required for cooking

We enjoyed very much the swimming pool - the water was very warm and the air in the pool area was conditioned too. Breakfast was very good and the service in the restaurant was very quick and waitress was very polite. Great hotel for families with kids.
