They had us at the entrance with their genuine, friendly smiles. The atmosphere is really cozy, and they pay attention to all the details. The afternoon snack is a lovely gesture. The view is astonishing from the pool, the restaurant, and the balcony, too. Best location ever. Our servers, Anette and Laszlo, were amazing! Everybody was helpful, sometimes even without our asking. Portions of food are more than sufficient and really tasty. Our dog loved the plush blanket!

Simply fabulous!! We arrived wet and tired after a long day's walk to be greeted by the wonderful Brigitte...so welcoming and couldn't do enough to help. As a trailer was blocking the view from our booked room we were generously given an upgrade to a 2 bed apartment. It was fabulous...clean, bright, modern with all sorts of thoughtful extras. The rest of the hotel followed suit !! Beautiful dining room and terrace with superb mountain views. Buffet style breakfast had a wonderful selection, beautiful breads and simply delicious. A fabulous modern style spa complex, always plenty of room. It also includes a free chairlift and bus pass which was a real bonus for our walking. It's also an easy walk into town if you can bear to leave the lovely hotel !!

Such a quaint hotel with so much charm. The staff is very welcoming the food and the restaurant was amazing and our review was spectacular.

Despite calling itself “vintage,” we found the hotel to be modern, fresh, and very well maintained throughout. Our room was extremely comfortable, and the balcony—with its beautiful mountain views—was an absolute highlight. The entrance area features a large, welcoming recreation and lounge space with books, games, and areas to relax or read, which added to the overall cozy yet stylish atmosphere. The spa was clean, comfortable, and inviting. While the pool water itself was on the cooler side, the relaxation areas were warm, serene, and wonderfully calming—perfect for unwinding after a day out. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. An added bonus: we received discounts and passes for the tram up to the glacial lake and for the local trains and buses. Overall, this hotel struck a great balance between comfort, design, and relaxation. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Everything was perfect, rooms are clean and they upgraded our rooms for free…they are extremely nice and the location of the hotel is wonderful.
