The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the whole place was tidy and clean. The breakfast was amazing and had everything one could ask for. The waiter at the piano bar was a delight and more than made up for the grumpy barkeep.

Nice room, spacious and clean. There's water in the room and a little treat on the cushion by arrival. Around 6 to 8 min to the phantasialand parking. Great breakfast, kind staff. 10/10!!

The property was beautiful and the staff were very kind. I arrived with an upset stomach and the kitchen was kind enough to prepare mashed potatoes for me which was not on the menu. My husband enjoyed his meal at dinner in the restaurant and then when he was finished, they had a big bowl to bring to me resting in the room. That really helped! The bed was super comfortable, and by morning, after a good night’s rest, I felt much better and was able to enjoy the excellent breakfast before we continued our journey. Thank you so much for this kindness and all your staff’s warm hospitality!
