The room was very clean and comfortable. The owners of the hotel, both the husband and wife are extremely warm and helpful. My wife and me were vegetarian but they went out of their way to help us. One night the restaurant in the hotel was shut and there was no restaurant around the hotel so the owner ordered some Pizza online for us via his phone as we we did not understand German. Food is great in the restaurant and they have enough vegetarian choices.

Fantastic location right next to the Westfahlenhallen where I went for ComicCon. The staff were very friendly, the room comfortable, clean and elegant, and there was a beautiful Christmas tree in the foyer. And, last but certainly not least, there were great vegan options at breakfast, something every other hotel I‘ve stayed in was sorely lacking. For this alone I‘d have given the best review possible.
