L'hotel és molt agradable d'ambient familiar. L'habitació familiar on hem estat era còmode i espaiosa. El personal de recepció molt atent, tot i que nosaltres no parlàvem Alemany ens han atès molt bé amb anglès. La ubicació perfecta, a 20 minuts en cotxe del complex de Neuschwanstein.

Pàrquing per l'automòbil cobert i confortable amb accés directe a l'hotel. Habitació fantàstica. Llit molt còmode. Bany fabulós. Vista del Castell des de el balcó de la habitació.
