The room had a nice view on a small vineyard and the distant hills. Breakfast was delicious with eggs Benedict, fruit, cold cuts, cheese and croissants. The traditional restaurant was great for lunch. The wine tour was fascinating. The building of course is spectacular. Well worth the splurge.

Hostal Hispano is located in the town of Nájera, 30 minutes’ drive from Logroño and with easy access to the A12 Motorway. The guest house offers free Wi-Fi and heated rooms with a TV.

Lovely staff and nice clean room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a central location. The price was very reasonable. I’d definitely stay again.

The property was pleasant, with spacious rooms and an elevator. The breakfast room was big and beautiful as well, and very comfortable. Breakfast was correct and tasty, which we enjoyed. The host, Ana, was very nice. Gave us useful advise on what to see and do nearby, changed our pillows to make the bed more comfortable for us when we asked and made us feel at home. We would have extended our stay one more night but the place was completely booked.

This design hotel is in Villabuena de Álava, in the La Rioja Alavesa Wine Region. There is free WiFi, free public parking and a rooftop terrace with views of the Sierra de la Cantabria Mountains.
