Saimme tilavan sviitin ilmeisesti päärakennuksen remontista johtuen. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Rauhallinen ja hiljainen sekä viihtyisä ympäristö. Hyvät julkiset yhteydet keskustaan. Aamiainen monipuolinen, lämpimät ruoat eivät tarjolla, tämäkin liittynee remonttiin. Olemme olleet aiemminkin täällä ja palaamme varmasti seuraavallakin matkalla.

The Sofitel Heathrow has direct access to Terminal 5 via a covered walkway. It has a modern health spa, a 24-hour gym, 2 bars and 2 restaurants.
