I was hesitant to book this hotel. However, the hotel staff were able to prove me wrong! We had a very wonderful stay. The hotel staff were very welcoming from the moment we arrived until we left. The receptionist upgraded some of the rooms. The room service team was outstanding. Take immediate action for requests, and paying extra caution for cleaning. The hotel will be in my must stay again for future visits.

Clean and efficient and hospitable

Everything! Breakfast & breakfast view & variety was great. Rooms were so spacious- had two double beds which accomodated our family of 4. All is clean. Good and helpful staff. Swimming pool is awesome! Pizza place had really good pizzas.

I like the location of this hotel (The location is close to Braga and Asia Afrika),the room and bed are clean. The staff is also polite and helpful.

Located on walkable distance from the outlets and right next to a mall, this hotel is located strategically. The heated pool on the 3rd floor is a nice little spot to chill. The large rooms have everything one can need, from toothbrushes to shaving kits.

Wonderful hotel with absolutely incredible breakfast! Don’t skip it!!! Very nice and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Good location. Best place in town!

Locations very nearby and the room is clean and good

Novotel Bandung is located very strategically in the center of Bandung, yet the neighborhood is quiet. It was really easy to go anywhere from the hotel. It was really easy as well to have food deliveries. The hotel has adequate facilities, plus a bathtub equipped room (which is a rarity nowadays for a non 5 stars hotel). The Executive Room is really big, with separate bathtub and shower, and there is plenty of space to move around in the room. Parking space at the ground floor also have EV charger.

All are good enough for me. Staff are very friendly ang helpful. Room was so clean and comfortable. Worth to stay

Location. In the central city, not in the main street. It’s quiet, trees n birds are everywhere. Reminds me of my childhood. Perfect place to stay for exploring the city.

Stunning location and a well-appointed hotel, beautiful rooms, service and breakfast was fantastic.

The staff was exceptionally hospitable and helpful. We booked for 2 rooms, and got different floors. Apparently, the 2 rooms were different room categories. The receptionists were super friendly and upgraded one of our rooms so we could be on the same floor with connecting rooms. The service was exceptional, and we are happy with our stay! Will definitely come back soon and try the breakfast!

Breakfast was good with average range of variety (which is good). The strategic location to Braga Street where we can find food, drinks, souvenirs. Also near to Karthika Sari, Rumah Mode & Heritage as well.
