Our stay in Coorg Marriot was from 4 May to 7 May 2025 slightly off season, but the stay was very pleasent. Marriot Resort and Spa was amazing and totally relaxing in every way. The property is set amidst rolling hills and forested plantation . Every view is vast and green at three hundred and fifty degrees. The rooms are beautifully appointed,the bathroom is a dream.The best shower I have ever had. The interiors are classy and I noticed they had a wooden ceiling fan. The staff are lovely, helpful smiling and so welcoming. Mr. Karan introduced us to the amenities of the Marriot when we arrived. The property is enormous and one can walk it or there are Buggys taking people to and fro from point A To B. Activities are many .... Swimming pool, Bird watching twice a day,(with a naturalist ) Games room, Tambola in the evening, Bonfire at night. Now to the food it is a gourmets delight.A vast buffet for breakfast and dinner. We had special needs so we asked the Sous Chef Alagu raj to make a South indian thali.I was gobsmacked at the perfection of the thali.Amazing flavours and we repeated it the next night.It was just as fantastic. All the items we ate were tasty made with utmost care. They also serve a very nice high tea with chat cake and other delights. They have an attractive bar Mercara Outpost . Ms Prena took extra care of us and we never needed anything with her helping hand. Ms. Sushmita was also very attentive to our needs. There is a very nice gift shop,I got some spices and coorg coffee. So there it is a review of our lovely stay in Coorg Marriot Resort and Spa
