Great room with a balcony. The staff are very friendly and you feel like family. There is food available if you want. Lots of shops nearby and the main town isn't far down the hill. Rishikesh is also pretty easy to get to. The staff are great at sorting out anything you need and giving great advice about the local area. There is a yoga room up on the roof that's fully enclosed but has windows facing the sunrise. During my visit we would all just drop in and out to do our own yoga practice according to our needs. I understand there are sometimes classes but I guess you should check with reception for more details.

I loved everything about this place. From peace and quiet, the views, the atmosphere, and the food. I felt taken care of and looked after. The other residents that were staying here as well were awesome and welcoming.

Super comfortable and luxurious rooms. A room well worth its price. We really enjoyed staying there. I sat a few hours every morning on the roof terrace and it was really relaxing.

We stayed for three nights at the Holy River, culminating in the Rishikesh Holi celebrations. From the moment walking through the door the staff were exceptional. The rooms are spacious, clean and ours had a river view. This hotel is excellent value for money. We had come from a five star hotel in Rishikesh, that was three times the price, and was nowhere near as comfortable, and certainly not as well located. We highly recommend staying here for its position to everything, comfort and value.
