We enjoyed the center of Catania for 5 days in this apartment... From the owner to the conditions that the apartment offers, I can only offer the maximum of stars. Really a welcoming apartment equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay.. The owner constantly made sure we didn't miss anything. The Jacuzzi clearly adds value. We will definitely come back the first time we have the opportunity to revisit Catania!

The Pittà Suite is located an easy 15 minutes walk from the Duomo (7 minutes run if you’re late for your tour 😉) and has everything a solo traveler or couple may need. The included Netflix account, jacuzzi, sauna and on demand color changing lighting would have made for a romantic weekend with a partner. The owner was also very helpful in arranging a shuttle to and from the airport. Scrupulously clean and breakfast snacks were appreciated.

Better than your average accommodation, and I can also say that the service was significantly better than what you can find for comparable prices in the hotels nearby. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Staff was professional, helped us with everything we needed. Breakfast was not included in our stay so we paid for it; the price was reasonable, as was the menu at the hotel's restaurant Il Timo. We noted that although the restaurant looked classy the prices were not exaggerated and the portion sizes were fine. Decent food variety, including seafood (for lunch and dinner). Outside, in the halls, in the room, at restaurant, or at the pool/beach – everything is of impeccable cleanliness. Sea water is clear, too. Access to the pool and the seaside platform is included in the stay, which, again, can't be said about all the other similar hotels nearby. The area is serviced by two municipal bus lines, their schedule is not frequent but manageable with good planning. An Uber to the center does not cost too much.

A modern room with a wonderful bed, fridge, and coffee maker. Breakfast was nothing really, a prepacked variety. But the staff and location were great. Individual rooms within a building, so it was a little confusing to find. Our room had an entrance from the street, but it was fine. It was a really nice room/bed/bathroom.
