Large apartment (Pisa, the penthouse apartment), felt spacious for family of four. Friendly lady working there (though to note no English spoken if you need that). Beautiful, clean swimming pool - we loved hanging out in the pool and on the loungers etc. Rural location, felt quiet and peaceful and not too far from nice beaches and towns.

The Hotel is pristine clean, brand new, swimming pools are great and well kept. Location is ideal as Populonia and Baratti pinewoods and beaches are in a short drive distance. Staff is very helpful, very nice and yes- it counts- smiling and friendly all the time.
